- If you find that you ordered the wrong size and need to exchange an item for a different size, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item to process the exchange. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges on custom orders. Any return sent after the 10 days and/or without contacting us will NOT be refunded. In addition, you will be responsible for ALL shipping charges in the event of an exchange.
- Any and all items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange.
- We must receive your return within 10 days of the USPS delivery date. Once we receive the item in it's original condition, we will exam the item to make sure it has been unwashed and unworn.
- All sale items and custom orders are FINAL SALE, we cannot accept exchanges.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE?
- Contact us within 48 hours to let us know you will be exchanging your tee for a different size.
- Order and pay for the new item online.
- Ship the original item back to us at the return address we will provide via e-mail after you have contacted us.
- Send us the return shipping carrier's tracking information.
- We will process your exchange within 48 hours of package receipt, and refund your original purchase price. We do not credit tax or shipping.
WE MAKE MISTAKES SOMETIMES
- If you would like to exchange / return an item because of an error on our part, please email us at email@example.com.
- We are only able to process an exchange and or return that is made within 10 days of your USPS delivery date.
- We will take care of all shipping charges, when the mistake is ours.
- We allow items to be exchanged/returned only if they are unwashed and unworn, a refund or store credit will be offered if the item is no longer available. We cannot hold items until restocks arrive.
